Well, we had a lovely yule! We had dinner at my mum's house on xmas eve then had our own little dinner at our house on xmas day. Just us three.
It begun with our kiddo's first ever stocking! It was so lovely to see her little face opening those pressies.
the sun rise was stunning too.
We were so sad to hear that Lou Reed had died so we thought that would be nice to get her a cd of his greatest hits.
That ferry toy is just like the Isle of Wight ferry!
blurry evidence that I did actually cook something!
leek and emmental pie and roasted veg.
and with leftover pastry I made some mince pies and apricot pies. It will be at least next year before I cook again ; )
we had a lovely walk on boxing day, one of the very few sunny days that we have had this winter. Its been so stormy here.
Our little'un got some binoculars, magnifying glass and rucksack to try out.
happy 2014 folks!
Such lovely photographs! x
