the jumble sale that was

15 July 2013

A little post jumble update! (as I have about 5 blog posts to catch up on).
We had a great day that Sunday 7th July, so thank you everyone that turned up, it was much more than we excpected! It was so busy that I nearly passed out from wrapping and calculating.
It went a bit quiet during the Wimbledon Final and then got busy again!

we sold most of our stock shown here which is great for our next workshop refurbishment ideas!

our babe was very good also, she loved toddling about the workshop and meeting everyone.

including the people next door's dog.

I would like to hold another jumble sale, but we seem to be busy for many weekends to come with a brother's wedding helping, holidays and whatevers. It may have to be later on, or possible we might just do a antique market stall somewhere so that we can carry on redecorating the workshop. Hmmm....so much to decide!!

  1. Looks like it was great fun, it's a shame we're not a bit closer...I would have loved a few bits from your last post for our lovely new house! I always have approximately a million posts to catch up on...I'm not that good at blogging really! xxx

Just read this and your camping at the coast blog and your blogs have been a delight to me. Now a gran and living in Virginia, you bring back the softness that I remember in England. Though I'm partial to Yorkshire, your family, your photography, your creative bent just make my day. Thank you for being who you are and blogging about it!!
