My front garden is an overgrown mess at the moment, thanks to all the rain, and my back garden is just concrete (and so small you couldn't swing a cat ... not that I would, he wouldn't like that much). Do you have to tend them all much, other than watering that is? I have a terrible memory and forget to feed myself on occasion, much less the plants!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02730092231227512200noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8987781614894074408.post-52793182414170370682014-06-04T03:23:51.934-07:002014-06-04T03:23:51.934-07:00No I'm just going to watch all those plum rot ...No I'm just going to watch all those plum rot on the tree! ; )Artemis Russellhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16538191427602247808noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8987781614894074408.post-60792613284924355552014-06-04T03:23:09.401-07:002014-06-04T03:23:09.401-07:00yes drill holes in the bottom and fill with gravel...yes drill holes in the bottom and fill with gravel and broken pots for drainage (like with any planter).Artemis Russellhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16538191427602247808noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8987781614894074408.post-16039419134003215492014-05-23T08:29:58.500-07:002014-05-23T08:29:58.500-07:00I have some good empty metal pots...do you drill t...I have some good empty metal pots...do you drill them, or line them or anything? Foxgloves were one of my wedding flowers but only in the church because of their poisonous flowers. I think you would love delphiniums and night-scented stock too. When my daughter was little she had her own patch of garden and grew nasturtiums and radishes.
