textile typings

Nao takes a handkerchief with him everywhere, I think this is a Japanese tradition of some kind. anyways, this morning I discovered typing onto fabric is very entertaining!

Yep, I can think of a squillion, trillion, million things I'm going to type on and make into something...beware, NOTHING is safe. Maybe a textile post is next to come?

  2. So many possibilities! I hope Nao doesn't end up with text on his chin instead of toothpaste though.

  3. What a brilliantly simple idea! I love it! How come I didn't think of that? I must play more. All this responsibility stuff is killing my creativity!

  10. Cute idea! You are a very talented woman my dear! I've got a very old typewriter that I now have an urge to use. Any idea on where you can buy typewriter ribbon from?

  11. What a great idea - it actually reminds me of Betsy Jarvis - a completely delightful designer I came across and blogged about yesterday. She makes cushion covers like that out of hessian and they are simply stunning!
